Swim 21 and L&OBSC
Swim 21Swim21 is an ASA quality standard It demonstrates that we have met a high standard in how we manage Swimmer Development, Teacher/Coach Development, Club Administration and Partnerships. See our Club Management page for more detail on how we run the club.
L&OBSC gained certification at Teaching and Skill Development levels in November 2006 and still maintains this, only the second club with two levels in the ASA East Region, we also retain the associated Sport England Clubmark status.

We have had a track record of working at a higher level and have been waiting for a number of years for the ASA to sort out their coaching qualification structure, in order to get the required level of formal qualifications.
We have codified how we manage key aspects of our internal processes through these policies and guidelines...
